SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Factory defect: 

If the reason was a factory defect, please contact us by email (use.bronzer@gmail.com) informing your name, order and product to be returned and describe the defect by means of photos. Within 5 days we will authorize and pay the postage for the return. You can later cancel the purchase (we will refund your money) or choose another product of the same value, with the new shipping being borne by Bronzer. 

 

Size and Model Changes: 

If the size is not right or you want to change the model, please contact us by email (use.bronzer@gmail.com) informing your name, order and product to be returned. Describe what you want to do – change the size or model. After confirmation and authorization from Bronzer, you can send the swim trunks to us. Exchanges can only be made within 7 days of receiving the product. We emphasize that in these cases, the shipping and return freight with the new swimwear is the responsibility of the buyer, we do not exchange items for promotion or SALE.

 

We also emphasize that exchanges of this type can only be carried out on swimwear that have not been washed, used, stained or with any type of odor that could harm the goods. Still in doubt? Contact us! We are fully available to help and clarify anything you need.

Involuntary Return: 

In the case of orders returned by the Post Office with a status of "invalid address", "moved" or "unknown recipient", the costs of resending the package will be the responsibility of the customer. Address updates must be informed by our email use.bronzer@gmail.com.
